The UEFA Champions League returns to St. James’ Park with four guaranteed home matches in the League Phase. We’ll also defend our Carabao Cup title and compete in the FA Cup.
THREE SEPARATE SCHEMES
Season Ticket Holders can choose to join up to three separate schemes, guaranteeing their seat at every special cup moment at St. James’ Park:
UEFA Champions League, League Phase (former group stage)
FA Cup
Carabao Cup (EFL Cup)
2025/26 Season Ticket Holders can choose to enrol in one, two, or all three schemes, depending on their preferences and which competitions they wish to follow closely.
Each Cup Scheme must be enrolled into separately.
Season Ticket Holders will need to store card details against each of the Cup Schemes.

2025/26 Season Ticket Holders have until Friday, 27th June to enrol into the Cup Schemes of their choice.
How do I enrol in the Cup Scheme?
Instructions on how to enrol within the cup scheme can be found below or you can follow these steps.
Log in to your account at book.newcastleunited.com by clicking the human icon in the top right-hand corner.
Once logged in, select “Cup Schemes” from the dropdown menu on your account from the human icon in the top right-hand corner.
Select the scheme you wish to join and then press ‘add’
Select which Cup Scheme you wish to enrol in via the dropdown (You can only enrol into once scheme at a time).
Select your payment details from either a previously created/saved payment token, or click add new, to create a new payment card.
Tick which other season ticket holders you would like to enrol into the scheme and click ok. This will list all the season tickets strongly linked to your account via friends and family.
You will then get a message pop up to say you have successfully enrolled within the scheme.
The Cup Scheme you have now enrolled in is now visible in your cup scheme menu.
Repeat the process to enrol in other schemes if you wish to enter multiple Cup Schemes.
What is the price for each Cup Scheme?
All prices for domestic Cup Schemes are frozen from 2024/25 prices.
For the UEFA Champions League, League Phase Cup Scheme, prices for juniors are frozen from the 2023/24 Champions League campaign while all other general admission categories have risen by £5. Premium bars have risen by £10.
When will payments be taken?
Payment timings vary depending on the competition:
Domestic Competitions (FA Cup & Carabao Cup)
Payment will be taken within seven days of a fixture being confirmed.
You’ll receive an email notification in advance, letting you know when the payment will be collected.
Please ensure that your email address is up-to-date, as it’s your responsibility to maintain accurate contact details.
UEFA Champions League (League Phase)
Payments for the League Phase of the UEFA Champions League will be spread to help supporters manage costs more easily. Payments will be taken on the following dates:
Match 1 – 1st July
Match 2 – 1st August
Match 3 – 1st September
Match 4 – 1st October
Should the club progress to the knockout phase, ticket prices will be confirmed via email (with an option to opt out) before payment is taken (usually within seven days of a fixture being confirmed).
