Jordan Nobbs' stunning strike against Birmingham City has been nominated for March's Barclays Women's Super League 2 Goal of the Month award.

The Newcastle United midfielder's sensational effort gave the Magpies the lead over the Blues in their eventual 2-0 win at Gateshead International Stadium, with the ex-England international exchanging passes with Molly Pike before picking out the top corner from 25 yards.

Sunderland's Katie Kitching, Durham's Tyler Toland, Birmingham's Lily Crosthwaite and Sheffield United's Joy Ralph have also been shortlisted for the monthly prize.

Former United forward Amy Andrews, now with the Blades, is also in the running.

Magpies fans can vote for Nobbs by clicking here, with voting set to end at 10am BST on Wednesday, 15th April.
