Our Fan Engagement Plan for the 2026/27 season has been published, setting out how Newcastle United will continue to strengthen communication and engagement with supporters, ensuring fans have meaningful opportunities to shape decisions across the club.
Building on a season that saw the introduction of the Season Ticket Waiting List, the Atmosphere Working Group, the club crest consultation and expanded supporter engagement activity, the plan outlines how supporters can continue to influence the future of Newcastle United.
Working alongside the Fan Advisory Board, recognised supporter groups, Official Supporters' Clubs and our global fanbase, we remain committed to collaborative, constructive and consistent engagement.
During the 2026/27 season, we are committed to:
Continuing Fan Advisory Board meetings, supporter workshops and consultation activities.
Ensuring senior club representation at Fan Advisory Board meetings, including attendance from our Chief Executive Officer and Nominated Board Level Official.
Delivering supporter workshops and working groups focused on topics that matter most to fans.
Growing and strengthening engagement with Official Supporters' Clubs in the United Kingdom and around the world.
Supporting fan engagement activity for Newcastle United Women.
Enhancing communication and transparency through supporter updates, surveys and consultation opportunities.
Continuing to work closely with recognised supporter groups including Newcastle United Supporters' Trust, Newcastle United Disabled Supporters Association, United with Pride and Wor Flags.
Create supporter engagement events with attendance of senior executives, players and legends.
Our commitment to supporters and our community
Newcastle United is committed to ensuring supporters remain at the heart of club decision-making, while continuing to support the communities that make our club special.
Alongside Newcastle United Foundation, we will continue to support initiatives that bring people together, tackle isolation and strengthen communities across the region.
This includes our popular Memory Café, which uses the power of Newcastle United and shared football memories to support people living with Dementia and Alzheimer's. Our annual A Helping Hand at Christmas campaign will also return, supporting families and communities across the North East during the festive period.
The plan also highlights our ongoing commitment to inclusion, accessibility, supporter wellbeing, international fan engagement and creating more opportunities for younger supporters to get involved.
